Before you order.
When do I need to order?
Order by November 21, gourmet gifts included, so your gifts arrive before the holidays. Rush orders are possible until December 4.
How do I get my order?
Completed orders can be picked up at 614 Texas Parkway, delivered, or shipped. Shipping may cost extra.
Can gifts go straight to each recipient?
Yes. The holiday collections come with local delivery and drop-shipping options, so gifts can go to your office or to each person on your list.
Can you put my logo on the gifts?
Custom branding with your logo is offered across the holiday catalogs. Tell us which items you want branded when you request your quote.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. A graphic proof shows how the finished job will look and gives you the chance to make changes before it goes into production.
What file should I send for my logo?
The shop works with almost any digital file. PDF or Adobe files (.ai, .id, .ps) are preferred because they usually save preparation time.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. Large orders are welcome. Share the details of your list in your quote request.
